    Emma Varco – is a fully qualified and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

    Emma is an Integrative psychotherapist with over 14 years experience offering psychotherapy and counselling. Emma has extensive experience within the health and social care sector, offering skills associated with many different aspects of mental health services such as crisis support, counselling and psychotherapy as well as charitable and NHS sectors of mental health.

    Emma also offers evidence based, psycho-educational solutions of cognitive behavioural therapy for people suffering with a wide range of common health issues such as low mood and/or anxiety.

  • Lesley Greenway

    Founder & Psychotherapist

    Lesley Greenway – is a fully qualified and registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), as an integrative psychotherapist.

    Lesley combines psychodynamic, relational and existential approaches when working with individuals and couples. Providing a safe and confidential space where difficulties can be explored in context, and history of where they have come from.

  • Zephyr Mercer

    Associate Therapist

    Zephyr is a Psychosynthesis counsellor offering an Integrative and Transpersonal approach and is a fully qualified and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Psychosynthesis holds the vision that we are all unique souls on a journey seeking to embrace our fullest potential.

    Zephyr offers face to face and remote counselling, working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loneliness, feeling stuck, life crisis/transition and other psychological concerns. A daily Yoga and Meditation practice spanning 20 years enables Zephyr to weave Eastern & Western perspectives together to facilitate the therapeutic process.

  • Chantelle Hellier

    Associate Therapist

    Chantelle is a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and holds a Diploma and Degree in Counselling.

    With over 9 years experience, Chantelle has worked with both adults and young people, within inpatient an outpatient rehab facility for issues relating to substance misuse, detox, anxiety, depression and domestic violence.

    Chantelle has extensive therapeutic experience when working with children, young people and adolescence. She offers expertise of child & adolescent neuroscience with a particular focus on mental health, life crisis, anxiety, depression as well as many other socio economic and psychological interventions.

  • Grace St John

    Associate Therapist

    Grace is a psychotherapist with ten years of experience working with individuals and families. She is a member of the BACP and has a full mental health licence from my training in the United States.

    Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Exeter in both French and Arabic languages. She moved to Seattle USA in 2006 and completed a Masters in Counseling and Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

    Grace has experience in both group and individual settings, including schools & universities, the foster care system, inpatient and outpatient centres. Grace offers psycho-education using attachment and neuroscience to help others understand themselves and their behaviour.

    Grace has spent several years working in the community with parents of young children and is passionate about supporting parents. Her approach to counselling is client-centred. Grace holds the belief that every person can grow with support and kindness.

  • Tara Cartwright

    Associate Therapist

    Tara Cartwright – is a fully qualified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

    Since qualifying as a Person-Centred Counsellor in 2007, Tara has gained experience working in London for various mental health charities, including CRUSE Bereavement Care’s Kensington & Chelsea branch. Tara has also had experience with ‘Walk & Talk’ Nature therapy, believing in a natural holistic approach to mental wellbeing. Tara regularly volunteers for SHOUT, a national Crisis text-line supporting young people & adults.

    Tara offers support for many different presenting issues, for example: Loss & Bereavement, Depression (including Post Natal Depression), Stress, Anxiety, Fertility and Relationship.
