Pause, connect and flourish – it’s often a hard thing to do when leading a busy and fast-paced lifestyle, but the Well Being Hive is here to help.

The Well Being Hive Cornwall is an independent psychotherapy, counselling and wellbeing practice, based at the Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre, Truro.

Sometimes our health and psychological wellbeing can be compromised and difficulties in our life, whether small or large, can take over and feel overwhelming.

Founded by registered psychotherapists Emma Varco and Lesley Greenway, The Well Being Hive focuses on supporting all aspects of individuals and couples’ lives to actively promote and apply self-awareness and self-care.

Think of the Well Being Hive as a safe space to access personalised support and therapies, which help you to explore challenges such as, relationship issues, individual issues, state of mind- anxiety and depression, bereavement, long-term health conditions and fertility.

Both Emma and Lesley have a particular interest in nutrition and how it can affect psychological health. Combining this with psychological health and wellbeing, The Well Being Hive has created a new and innovative way to connect you with your mind and body, rooted in nature.
